I also used this Softknoll Ost to Pst Converter tool that i microsoft 365 help suggests this application. So, you can also use its services for recovery of your corrupted OST file data.

I can't sign in to my Microsoft account

This only requires clicking a single button in the app. I do not see IMAP FOLDERS when I right click on the Inbox, and I do have it set to IMAP in the server settings.
